賣樓大概需要多久？
視市場與您的情況而定。素里或蘭里的典型流程約 60 至 90 天：約兩週準備（攝影、佈置建議、放盤上線），三到六週在市場上，再 30 至 60 天完成交割。
佣金怎麼收？有前期費用嗎？
賣方佣金在成交時支付，涵蓋專業攝影、MLS® 分發、Realtor.ca 及中文渠道營銷、所有睇樓、開放日及談判至成交。免費估價前沒有任何前期費用；若估價後您決定不放盤，也沒有義務。
AG. Song 可以同時代理我和買家嗎（雙重代理）？
不可以。卑詩省自 2018 年 6 月起在城市市場禁止雙重代理。AG. Song 只代理交易中的一方，絕不同時代理買賣雙方。在實質性洽談某一套房產之前，您會先收到 BCFSA 的《交易服務代理披露》（DORTS）表格，說明代理的是誰的利益。
