卖房大概需要多久？
视市场与您的情况而定。素里或兰里的典型流程约 60 至 90 天：约两周准备（摄影、布置建议、挂牌上线），三到六周在市场上，再 30 至 60 天完成交割。
佣金怎么收？有前期费用吗？
卖方佣金在成交时支付，涵盖专业摄影、MLS® 分发、Realtor.ca 及中文渠道营销、所有看房、开放日及谈判至成交。免费估价前没有任何前期费用；若估价后您决定不挂牌，也没有义务。
AG. Song 可以同时代理我和买家吗（双重代理）？
不可以。卑诗省自 2018 年 6 月起在城市市场禁止双重代理。AG. Song 只代理交易中的一方，绝不同时代理买卖双方。在实质性洽谈某一套房产之前，您会先收到 BCFSA 的《交易服务代理披露》（DORTS）表格，说明代理的是谁的利益。
